SA Local Rebrand

The dynamic duo, Cat and Kaitlyn, of SA Local, reached out to me to help them craft a full rebrand that would reflect both their growth and the energy they bring to the community. Over the years, SA Local has evolved into a central hub for creatives and makers, dedicated to producing some of San Antonio’s most iconic events. Since 2018, they’ve hosted over 350 markets—from the historic Pearl Stables to the vibrant MuertosFest at Hemisfair, to the lively Main Plaza, all in the heart of our city.

As the homegrown company continues to grow, their brand needs to evolve alongside their mission—capturing the vibrant spirit of the community they serve while staying true to their roots.

Evolving with the community

The focus for the rebrand was to create designs that were both dynamic and flexible, reflecting the vibrancy and energy of San Antonio itself. The city’s pulse—its rich culture, creativity, and ever-evolving spirit—needed to be mirrored in the brand’s visual identity. My goal was to craft something instantly recognizable and strong enough to stand on its own, while remaining versatile enough to complement the wide variety of events SA Local hosts. The design had to capture both the essence of the city and the diverse, community-driven spirit of the brand.
